A review because of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Customer Safety examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 within the UAE and a few from Turkey. It identified that all eight samples were being considered "defective". 5 with the products sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which is not permitted in items labelled "chocolate"
